This Beauty service is on-location based out of the South Bay, traveling across the broader San Francisco Bay Area. Coverage includes Mountain View, Palo Alto, Los Altos, Saratoga, San Jose, Sunnyvale, and surrounding Peninsula and South Bay communities. Local travel within the service zone is included; travel beyond the local radius is calculated at one dollar per mile round trip, with toll roads and parking added transparently. Destination weddings outside the Bay Area are supported with flights, accommodations, daily rates, and meals quoted in writing before any booking.

A look brochure is sent and the contract is signed. The trial typically takes place four to eight weeks before the wedding, with the final look document confirmed approximately fourteen days out. A non-refundable booking deposit secures the date.
